A bright and lively dry Riesling with mouth-watering acidity and expressive notes of lemon, beeswax, yellow apple, and sea salt. Comprised of Riesling grapes from Brooks Estate vineyard located in the Eola-Amity Hills. The vines were planted between 1974-1976 in volcanic basalt soil. Brooks Estate Vineyard is farmed biodynamic.
