This is a beautiful alternative to Champagne from winemaker Frédéric Magnien who comes from a long lineage of Burgundy winemakers and also hosts an impressive catalog of red and white wines from around Burgundy. His Cremant de Bourgogne is made in the traditional method with a dosage of just 4 grams per litre, leaving it deliciously dry and kissed with bright, lemony acid. There is a touch of toast here complemented by red berry fruits. A delicious sparkling wine.
