Burg Ravensburg in Baden is one of the oldest wineries in the world, producing wine since the 1200's. Pinot Noir ripens wonderfully in this southern region of Germany and the iron-rich clay soils of Sulzfeld produce an intriguing side of Pinot Noir that is savory, delicate and delicious.
