This is as pure and delicious a Sangiovese that we've had. Riecine have been producing exceptional wines since 1973, starting with this, their flagship Chianti Classico. This is a beautiful, modern take on a classic, fermented in large concrete tanks and aged in a mix of concrete and large used wooden casks. Bright cherry, baking spices, lovely texture and soft, subtle tannins.
