Union Sacre is the collaboration of two Central Coast winemakers, Philip Muzzy (USA) and Xavier Arnaudin (France) that started in 2014 with the intention of making Alsace inspired wines. Their entire lineup is defined by freshness, which we love and includes everything from crisp, dry Riesling to Cabernet Franc and skin contact blends like this one. The Edelzwicker orange wine is the most refreshing orange wine we've encountered that is beautifully aromatic without going over the top and filled with a refreshing quality that keeps us going back to the glass. Perfect at any time of day in any season.
