Critics rave about Rafael Palacios' wines, which hail from the region of Galicia in northwest Spain. The Louro bottling is made from estate owned vines, fermented in large oak Foudres, and spends four months ageing on the lees. The result is a wine that is incredibly elegant - floral and bright with beautiful lemony citrus and a richness that coats the palate and leaves you excited for the next sip. It's both refreshing and fulfilling. A really wonderful product.
