Their second label, Cellar Credo, focuses on exploring the still winemaking possibilities of local varieties like Xarello, a mainstay of the Cava blend, seen here in the 'Miranius' bottling, and showing the potential of these varieties to produce delicious, mineral driven still wines at bargain prices. This is lean and refreshing with laser-like focus at a modest 11% alcohol. Delicious.
