Burgundy's second white grape, Aligoté often flies under the radar, however in recent years it has been enjoying a bit of a resurgence. Brothers Pascal and Laurent Borgeot are known well for several exceptional Chardonnays they make in Burgundy's 'Golden Triangle' - Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. This Aligoté from the village of Bouzeron is lean, crisp and refreshing; stacked with green apple, bright acid and clean minerality. This is a crowd pleaser every time.
