What a wine. The 3B rosé from Filipa Pato is a sensational Traditional Method extra brut sparkler that combines two of Bairrada's favorite local varieties, Baga and Bical. Filipa has shown time and time again the excitement that these often forgotten grapes can provide and the 3B is no exception. Wild strawberries, rose petals and pomegranate with a dollop of cream. This is beautiful.
