Gail wines is a project founded in 2013 by former sommelier Dan O'Brien that provides a breath of fresh air and a nod to the restrained classics of the past. With spontaneous fermentations and aging in neutral oak, these wines are pure-fruited and filled with finesse. The Doris Cabernet Sauvignon sits at an ideal 13.5% alcohol. Dark berry fruits are layered with herbaceous undertones of eucalyptus and mint. This is California Cab as it should be.
