Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and it's dazzling aromas need no introduction, but Claire and Mike Allan from Huia Vineyards certainly do. Their ability to tame this beloved variety and present a delicious, restrained style of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc deserves all of the attention. Huia is certified organic and use neutral French oak to ferment roughly half of their fruit. This is brimming with all of the tropical flavors this style is known for but subtle enough to keep us coming back to the glass for more.
