Luke Lambert is hands down one of the best winemakers in Australia. He works a lot with Syrah and every year we are blown away at the purity of these wines. This is fermented using wild yeast with 80% whole bunch thrown into the mix. It's wonderfully complex and lively. A really beautiful style that nods to the Northern Rhone.
