Mark Haisma spent a decade making wine in his home country of Australia before moving his operation to Burgundy, where he currently makes some very good Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Gevrey-Chambertin is one of his original Burgundy wines and dishes up a beautiful mix of power and finesse that only Gevrey can deliver. This is beautifully crafted, elegant Pinot Noir from one of the great villages of the Côte de Nuits.
