Established in 1984, Pikes is a staple in Australia's Clare Valley, where Riesling is often presented in a bone dry style punctuated by the grape's naturally high acid backbone. These are wines that give this often misunderstood grape a new identity. Lime zest and striking minerality with a layered mouthfeel. Superbly crafted and delicious.
